Can you blame them? We helped fund the orange revolution in Ukraine ...right in Russia's backyard! We admit former east bloc countries into NATO....again right in their backyard! We destroyed their biz ventures in Iraq. They're just giving us a little payback when they get the chance.

Good luck, thats what I say. Russia and France are like 2 peas in a pod! They only care about themselves! Thats why they never
help anyone but when they need help we are expected to come
to their defense! That is why I am proud to be An American. We
are not some country that cares only about America and doesn't
sit on the side lines and say sorry but we can't help we have
Medicare and Social Security and Gas prices to worry about.
However if the democrats had their way that is the kind of country
we would be also.

Looking at meanwhile 15 years of post-Soviet Russia, I do not have much hope. Especially not as long as the country is mainly ruled and controlled by rival groups of former KGB officers and a wild bunch of various Mafia clans, most of which are ex-KGB or ex-GRU as well.
And of course the USA has not the slightest interest in a free and strong and democratic Russia. If that would exist, it would even more clearly expose the USA as the big fraud it is.

The former USSR was a paper tiger. Its strength was not known to outside world due to the Iron curtain. The present Russia is a small country, except it as a nuclear power,it has no sound economy even comparesd UK.Russia is a small fellow now and has no comparison to mighty USA.Russia will never grow to the height to reason with you.USSR was a force whwn they remained united.Russia a fallen guy.
Lesson united we stand, divided we fall!
The greatest achievement of USA and its CIA was the disintegration and fall of USSR.

When is the USA going to "grow up" and start reasoning with Russia?
There are always two sides to every story, the likes of you and I will never be told what the true stories are!
We will always be fed loads of propaganda BS, from all sides!!

I assume you mean Russia-the 'former USSR' is umpteen different countries!

Maybe you think Bush and Rice going over there and trying to tell Putin how to run his own country is a 'mature' thing to do? Not suprisingly Putin has responded with a diplomatic f**k you!

Ya, how come the entire planet doesn't speak English and wear blue jeans and have those contests where you put as many hot dogs as possible in your mouth and confuse a federation that died 16 years ago with a single entity?

Uh, the former U.S.S.R. isn't one country anymore. How do you suppose it''s going to start acting as one?

Why should it reason with the U.S, does the U.S reason with anyone else...
When you say reason with the U.S you simply mean agree to everything they ask of, Putin has rightfully exercised his OWN judgement in his OWN country.

I agree with you! When are they? because this is getting all too frustrating. They have to deny everything we, the U.S. do!
