i have dvd shrink and i wanted to rip a DVD and it had an error message "Invalid DVD navigation structure" anyone knows what this means and how i can fix it?

its "when a stranger calls" from blockbuster, it does have a write protection, but that is what dvd shrink is for, ive used this technique for a year now, never had this problem

For an accurate answer you should state what kind of DVD you are trying to rip. Rented movie etc.
Most likely DVD Shrink can't handle something about this unknown DVD. Maybe it has copy protection, maybe it is a copy of an original and something is missing?

ive never seen that error message on shrink. are you using dvd decrypter to take out the encryption first? Maybe try downloading a clean version again then reinstall.

is your dvd scratched or damaged? Or is it a copy? sometimes this happens with damaged dvds or bad copies
