Yes, if you have a small frame, you should weigh 111 to 124 pounds, more if you have a larger frame. You are underweight and should try to put on a few pounds.

wow were like twins lol... im 5'3 and like around that weight too!!! how old r u? im 13. my doctor says for my age, im a little on the skinny side, but over all healthy.

No. I am 5'6 and weigh 105 pounds. I am skinny yes, but the doctor says I am healthy. So you are just fine.

Depends....if you're trying to lose weight, then you could be considered anorexia. But, if you're just built small and are otherwise healthy (according to your doctor) then no it's not bad.
