Yes according to Ayurveda Rice isn't good for health, infact too much rise can cause water retention and can lead to obesity and joint pains. So be careful , take more fish if you take rice. Chek www.planetayurveda.com

Well it depends on how u have it.dont cook it too soft and try cooking in a pot instead of a rice cooker to drain away all the starch.and eat in a moderate quantity.

Rice really hurts if you spill it on your kitchen floor and then kneel on it. I think somebody's modified this as a torture technique at one time or another :)

uh, i eat rice every day, and there's no visible sign of deterioration on my body, so no. it is not. unless you like, pour it in your eyes, but i dont know why you'd do that.
