When the white pastes from two side of the throat after tolsils operation will be gone?

Today is day 6th after the tolsils operation but they are still here.

Unfortunatley they can be there for as long as 3 weeks. Gargle salt water after consulting your dr of course making sure you can.... Salt water will help them disapper.
