do you always want to have a relationship with all the girls who flirt with you?---if thats the case then you're not very mature yet. you should take time to grow up first.
..and about that, maybe that girl is just a flirt...and that's all there is to her. and if that's all there is to her, then she has a very shallow personality and all she knows doing is flirting and she's good at nothing else. so do u really want to be girlfriends with a girl like that? i doubt that you do. so you better just ignore her and stay far from her. she doesnt deserve your time of day at all.

Some chicks are like guys in that they flirt but don't want to commit to a relationship maybe that's the case.

if she has got no intentions of being your gf, adn that's what you want i would try to make her understand where you stand, so she can finally tell why she doesn't want or why she's just fooling around
