We have seen real spirits and we have heard real spirits. My husband one night was sitting watching TV and this oval shape came down from stairs and when it got to the bottom of the steps it formed the shape of a lady dressed in 1800 clothes walked into the kitchen then into our sons room my husband followed it and she was standing next to my son bed she looked at my husband and was gone. In the same house we had these dark orange colored spots on our hard wood floor and when I would mop them they would go away but when the floor was dry the next day the would be back they where not huge about the size of a dime or penny. So I took a scraping off of the floor and took it ot work with me.. it was blood. Then one day when we where coming in from the park we heard a loud bang up stairs and then closet doors slam. We took off up stairs and when we got up there all the built in dresser drawers where opened and clothes on the floor and the windows where shut and no one was in there.Inthis house we have now my daughter and I both see shadow figure and hear a man whistle. She sees an older male all the time in the house he just sits there or stands right next to the doorway . Each night before I go to sleep I have to say "OK I'm going to bed now so please just leave me alone I am really tired. If I don't I get noises and lights and its a mess and my 14 yr old does the same thing. The other people in our house and they never sleep well..I could go on and on...so yeah ghost are real.

I most certainly believe in an afterlife as well as a spiritual world that exist or co-exist with our physical world at the same time and in the same place. Christ, in raising Lazarus from the dead did nothing more than enable his physical body to support itself and then restore his inner spirit into that living again body. Ghost or as most people would define ghost, entities that is caught somewhat between the physical and the spirit world cannot be proved or addressed using the Scriptures however there is also nothing that says they can't exist or do not exist. It is a matter of faith. Remember I do believe in an afterlife that is spiritual or spirit in form and nature and I also believe in demons and angels that exist in that same spiritual world. Ghost would be the ability to sense and see physical manifestation of that spiritual existence and world. I do feel Ghost can exist and can be seen but I feel these are nothing more than spiritual beings that are somehow sensed or viewed briefly from our physical world. As far as doing harm to us I don't feel they have that capacity unlike a demon which can actually possess a body and a person and can cause harm to a physical person.

Ghosts are traditionally regarded as manifestations of the spirit of people who had lived previously. The Bible has talked of encounters like that but they were not spooky or scarey encounters. They were typically sent by God to deliver a message.
There are demons though that promote a spirit of fear and people usually associate these with ghosts. These demons have been known to inhabit people and speak through them or cause them to inflict harm on themselves or others they've even been able to fortell the future to a certain extent. But the spirits of people are either with God in heaven or in the darkness and solitude of Hell realizing their cataclysmic mistake they made by rejecting Christ.

I only believe in The Holy Ghost as a deity that lives forever...Now the bible says...Firstly in the book of Psalms
88:10 Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.
11. Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction?
12. Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?

again in Psalms 115:17.The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence.

Ecclesiastes 9:5.For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.

Basically what these verses are saying is ..that the dead do not return at all to the earth ..there is but a memory...they do not and cannot interact in the earth..they do not know what is going on in the earth...This is separation...and this helps to understand the separation of a man while he is alive..and separated from God....

He does not know the things of God...because he is separated from him...it is a parallel....God bless

Yes I almost forgot to explain about those evil spirits that can deceive men..they can cause aberrations...also so called psychics ...they use familiar spirits..basically evil spirits who imitate those who have passed ...to try and convince the ignorant who went looking for the dead loved ones...God forbids us to go to them..

I do believe in ghosts but I don't see them as souls of those who died. Ghosts are creations of the devil meant to mislead people for the devil to get ones' hearts. The devil plays with the people and what the people believe that's why the ghosts appear like the people you love because the devil knows taht you will believe in these ghosts as your loved ones. If you happen to believe them like your loved ones, the devil will surely celebrate...

No, I don't believe in ghosts as in people communicating with us as spirits. I do believe in a spirit world: in angels and demons. Not all spirits that try to communicate with us are benign. I believe that demons can masquerade as dead people. So, the next time you think you are seeing your long departed Aunt Matilda, think again.

I believe in the Holy Ghost.
I also believe that there are fallen angels.
Angels are spirits according to the Bible ( Psalm 104:4, Heb. 1:7). So, that leads me to believe that there are some bad angels that are spirits.
I also believe that they can take on the likeness of people (familiar spirit).
