when you wake up after about 4-5 hours of sleep and its like 3 or 4 in the morning and can't go back to sleep. I need suggestions because I am doing this a lot. Last night I watch SportsCenter for an hour than went back to bed and fell asleep easily. Should I exercise instead?

I don't necessarily want to fall asleep then. I figured I could exercise, come home and have a few hour nap later.
