can't really tell from the photo, you just look normal. i wouldn't say you were fugly, but your not super hot either. you probably have more flattering photos and hopefully you are a good person with a good personality.
but i think your shirt is funky, no sleeves and it looks like it is torn or ripped in the neck? picture is kinda dark too

um.........well i'd say you're in between. you aren't sexy. but you certainly aren't ugly. you're just okay. which is pretty good for your age tho. altho i'm sure other ladies find you sexy. all on their tastes.
