Yes if u burn 3500 calories, u will lose about a pound of weight. Thats why u can regulate ur meals in a way where the food ur consuming should be 500 calories less than how many ur burning, so u can lose a pound a week. 500 x 7(days a week)=3500. Hope that helps!
