Exactly. People in the afterlife celebrate the day their body died as their birthday into the spirit life
.
Spirit is our primary reality. This life as spirit having a human experience is only a temporary detour for spirit. It is essentially our secondary reality.
We have this truth of ourselves turned around backwards.

In answer to your question, NO as far as spiritual born again "new birth" but YES as far as a birth of the created inner spirit into a spiritual world and eternity.. Many make the assumption that "New Birth" is of a physical birth. In John chapter 3 the same phrase was confused. Christ is talking of a different birth, a spiritual birth into a spiritual world whereby earthly man/human that is becomes spiritually aware of the spiritual truth around him and essentially goes through a spiritual birth symbolic of the physical birth and entry into the physical world. A human consist of flesh, blood, and a soul or inner spirit. Upon death that spirit leaves the physical body and enters the spiritual world. Although this also can be likened to a birth in some ways it's not the "born again" or "new birth" that Christ referred to in John Chapter 3.

He's not asking what happens to a baby who dies in the womb.
He's making the analogy that if being born is like dying to the life before( life in the womb) then REALLY dying (from this life)might be like being born.
But the answer is NO.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you are asking if a baby dies in the womb will it go to heaven, the answer is yes.

it's a good question. Babies go to heaven if they die in their mother's wombs. All the millions of innocent babies that are mutilated in their own mother's wombs will go straight to be with Jesus Christ.
Any woman who has ever had an abortion and repented will be forgiven by God if they seek Him.

If a baby is born and breathes the breath of life, the baby has a promise of resurrection.

I don't know what will hapen to them. However, I believe that because of their original sin they bore onto themselves, they do indeed go to hell. However, some Chrstians disagree, they think babies or kids under 12 will go directly to heaven because they are too young to understnad and know the lod Jesus Christ.

In my opinion to your rather perplexing question is "NO". I believe we all have a choice as to whether we want to come here and do the things we will do or not. I think in cases such as you described, these souls changed their minds and just went back home.
