Yep... it's their job.
You'll see when your turn comes around and you have kids of your own.

yes we do, I am a parent and I can say that all that I do or say is not perfect, parents annoy, remind, badger, question, and test the patience of all teen, but remember most parents love their children and one day you will be a parent and do the same thing.parents have a hard time realizing that their children are growing out of them and it takes us a little time to let go.

Yes they do. But one day when you are a perent yourself you will understand why. I know it all sounds cliche but they only want what is best for you. As difficult as it may seem right now, your parents have been in many of the same situations that you find yourself in today and the DO have the knowledge and experience to help you deal with it. Take a chance and give them an opportunity to show you.

i'm no longer a teenager anymore, however it is because they attempt to make stronger up. they war between being the wanting / needy newborn they once were & attempting to develop into this man or woman. they suspect that they can make their own judgements & may have privateness etc... We moms and dads annoy them more effective by using very incontrovertible certainty that we must be on them more effective. those are the years that they are allowed to make blunders - yet some might want to be existence threatening & existence replacing - & we proceed to evangelise etc... interior the hopes that they make sturdy judgements. & in the adventure that they don't we are hoping they study from them. childrens what privateness and imagine they deserve it - yet keep in mind, even as they get too a lot - it truly is even as issues do not go actual. sturdy success!

Yes, we do.
Parents just want what's best for the kids and our past is the reason we think as we do.
We know more about being 16 than you do about being 36.
You don't have to stick your hand in the fire to know it's hot when someone has already found that out.

yes, where there is no love and respect or friendship between them.
too bad the parents did not do a better job of inspiring love and respect in their kids way before the teen years!

Yeah, but you can`t blame them. When they were kids things were a lot different. The press gives the internet a bad name, so parents are afraid to let their kids on it. The world has gotten more dangerous. We understand and take precuotions because its always been like that, but they don`t understand it.

yes. at some point during the teenage years, parents annoy us. but seriously? my parents are annoying when they won't let me do anything spontaneous. that bursts my bubble. and then i know i will grow up and understand why they did it and probably do it to my own kids. major, major bummer.

Dude, didn't you know? Yes, it's why God created us and what's even worse is that your job is doing the same thing to the parents. What a parody in this!
