I was wondering how one DOES go about getting the "JOB" of selling fruit at stop lights? I lived in California and Arizona and NEVER saw a want add for that.

I can imagine it, though:

WANTED: persons to fill high risk, low-to-no existant paying 'job'.
no experience needed. Please supply your own plastic bags and sunscreen.
Sorry this is in english so you probably cannot read the ad never mind.

I am tired of hearing that this is a "JOB"!
is the guy that wants to wash windows at the stoplight doing a "JOB"?

no.
and there are not too many of these people to be used EVERY EFFING TIME to (sob) convince (sob) me (sob sob) of the 'plight' of the illegal!

Your right, I've been asking how someone from guatelama can hide in a car for nine days to get here and know exactly where the jobs are.

That just shows you how they pretend not to get workers.

Actually, most of those jobs are thru referrals.Fruit and vegetable picking are seasonal. They do the job, then go HOME to come back next year and do it all over again.Yes,they can be replaced by Americans that live here, but do you actually beleive that"Biff" or "Muffy" are going to bend over or lift heavy boxes for eight to ten hours a day in the sweltering heat for minimum wage? I don't think so! Not all illegals are looking for manual labor. Many are very educated but are on the trying to escape oppresion, crime in their present country but were turned down after applying for citizenship the usual way. Many are electricians, plumbers, teachers, but they can't practice their craft if they need a license or permit.

Your a joke.........Mr. President!

The plight of the illegal immigrant is not about someone who sells fruit on the side of the road or washes car windows. Don't make it so!
