She's not broken up yet, but I think she is really close, I dont want to scare her away but i dont want to wait and find out she starts dating someone else, what do I do

keep getting to know her and make hints about relationships. be her friend first, then figure out what to do from there. if that all works out, tell her ur feelings. from personal experience theres about a 75/25 chance that shes gonna fall for you. so good luck.

Of course!!! People sometimes stay put because they are scared that no one else will ever love them. Tell her! What do you have to lose? Nothing if she isn't leaving but you would gain more if she does go out with you. Take the risk for love.
