I know that the anglo saxon theory is the belief that England and the U.S. are the Lost tribes of Israel. I wanted to know how the believers come to this conclusion. I also wanted to know the Scriptures that could contradict this.

Are you referring to the teachings of Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986) and the WorldWide Church of God (WCG)?

Armstrong originally taught that inhabitants of Great Britain are of the tribe of Ephraim, while the inhabitants of America are of the tribe of Manasseh. (Armstrong never did explain how a Britisher, by immigrating to the U.S., moves from the tribe of Ephraim to the tribe of Manasseh.) Armstrong taught that white Anglo-Saxons are the chosen people of God.

The WCG officially rejected the doctrine that the Anglo-Saxons descended from the tribes of Israel back in 1995.

Try Goggle, or something like that. You can also try www.equip.org.

You will have to be a bit more explanatory since I, and probably most here, will not know what you are talking about.
