You probably have a bacterial problem in your intestines, meaning that bacteria your body doesn't agree with have set up housekeeping in your G.I. tract. Take a teaspoon of cinnamon and drink some water to wash it down. It tastes great and should help get rid of the problem. If, after you've had two or three teaspoons of cinnamon, the problem is still there, go talk to your doctor. Allow twelve hours between dosages to give the cinnamon the opportunity to do its work.

There is a bar under "ask" that says "Search for questions:" Just type in "IBS" and hit the search button. Read through what comes up and see if any of it applies to your problem.

suggest a colonoscopy (look into your colon) and take biopsy of the colon because of the diarrhea. the biopsy will go to the lab to find out what the problem is.
