I take hair vitamins, I started a while ago and my hair is much healthier than it used to be. My hairdresser even comments on how much my hair has improved in the last year (it was about a year and a half ago I started taking them)

I don't think the vitamins make your hair grow any faster, I don't believe there is anything that can do that. Hair growth varies in different people and there is little that can change your unique rate of growth. What the vitamins do is ensure that your hair grows out healthy and therefore does not break off. This means less hair loss so it will seem as though your hair is growing faster.

And no, I have not had any extra hair growth anywhere else.

I hope that makes sense!

That is because vitamins work on the body. Use a topical treatment just for the head.

I have known people to get the prenatal vitamins for their hair and nails. One of my friends said that her doctor told her to get them, her hair and nails were brittle. They worked great. You can buy them where ever they sell vitamins.

It didnt work for me, i havent come across a trial that says so. Minoxidil is known to work on alopecia....

But for my hair, i will go for natural ingredients, a good hot oil massage, egg and mayo application on Sundays, and use of drier once in two weeks, and lots of conditioner, leave in conditioner/ To improve texture, apply wax like Asians do....

Eat healthy, lots of fruit and veggies....reduce stress in your life...

it will work.

Legs and face, i dont want hair there...
