About 3 years ago,my brother in law told me about drinking apple cider vinegar twice a day to lose weight. I was 316 pouinds so I was desperate to try anything. I began drinking about 8 ounces twice day with about 3 tablespoons vinegar.I also changed my diet and started exercising. I started to feel better overall. Alot of people are dead set against it but I feel it works because I lost 150 pounds!! The vinegar water had alot to do with it. It's full of antioxidants and minerals. It basically flushes your body of unwanted materials. I recommend it. If the taste bothers you then add honey.

No, more is not better. 1 to 2 tsp mixed in about 50% tepid (lukewarm) water is going to be the easiest way to take this. Mixing with honey, jam or sugar will probably only make it taste worse. Try adding it to a bit of lemon or lime water. 1Tbsp is probably too much of the vinegar to consume at one time and it doesn't prove to be any more or less effective.
Taking the acv about 15-20 mins before you eat is suppose to be the most beneficial, or take the tablets, available in most health food stores or pharmacies.
You have to be constant with this in order for you to experience the benefits...if you don't think you can stick to the liquid form 3-4 times a day (4th time is if you choose to snack at night), take the pill form, it will take longer to absorb through your system and I would think wouldn't be as effective, however it is more convenient.
Good luck with this

The only way you will lose weight is to eat less and move more. No matter what you drink it just isn't going to do it for you. You may lose weight on a temporary basis, but when the weight comes back you will gain even more each time. Just get serious about losing weight and cut your portions and keep moving.

Apple Cider Vinegar will NOT help you with anything health-related. Anybody who says otherwise is just a snake oil salesman in a doctor's outfit.
Do not waste your time on this.

What it does is raises your acidity level. The bad news w/ this is, it may lead to yeast infections so take acidophiles or eat a yogurt a day. Also, I have heard of it causing urgency, when you feel like you have to urinate and then a drop or nothing comes out, very uncomfortable I imagine. Try a different diet.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
