umm...if u dont personaly know the troops u want to talk to...they probably wont want to talk to you...they are regular people who would think it's odd that a stranger wants their email adress

u can unless someone call you from over there...they supose to be in a undisclose area so they don't be an easy target for the enemy...

It would depend on who you would want to speak to. It is very difficult because you would have to know to whom exatly you would wish to speak to.
