It starts out looking like little red dots and then in about a week it's all over over her stomach. I have tried medications but as soon as she is done with them, about 1 week later she gets it back again

I had a black terrier with a rash on her stomach that turned out she was allergic to fleas. There are other things that dogs can be allergic to as well. If the medication is working and it is for allergies, then you get to do some detective work and experiment to see what she is allergic to. Hopefully it isn't grass - though my folks had a collie allergic to grass.

HUMMM!! I had a Chocolate lab. Never seen that. Although it could be fleas. My advise to you is to take him to the vet. Is he scatching that area? I know it's hard to find fleas on him. being choc. and all. I think it is in the best interest for him to see a vet. Good luck!! Hope i Helped!! ( Take him to the vet )..

Have you checked for fleas? Sounds like there's a good chance she may have some. If it's not that she may have an allergy to grass. Take her to the vet, they will know if it's one or the other.
