I agree with the person who wrote this.
You can believe and be wrong and lose nothing. You can not believe and be wrong and lose everything
that is what you have to think about. So who are we as christians/believers hurting by believing? Certainly not anyone who is a non believer. No one knows for sure if its true, I believe it is, and i also do not think its made up or a fairytale.

You should start believing because he is the way, the truth, and the life. He's not just a matter of faith. You have to have faith IN Him. Have faith that he will never let you down and that he will always be there for you when you need him. He will always come through for you, if you really trust in him. He loves you. No matter what and he will never turn his back on you, no matter how many times you disappoint him. He believes in you, so why shouldn't you believe in him?

No one can force you to believe.
You seem to be looking for a shoulder to cry on when you should be looking around for this God that has eluded you because you have already had the God implanted in your mind that you cannot accept.
Your brain has been washed and you need now to cleanse your entire being of this false God that you have rejected and seek afresh the One that has most likely seen some good in you and has offered this opportunity to you to free yourself and to come towards the Light or Truth.
Read some stuff on the different religions, with an open mind.
Ask around and gain some knowledge, and make your choice, but , just as you had no choice in your creation, the choice is up to the Creator to guide you to Himself.
You dont believe to please others or you would have accepted those you please as your Gods.
You have already begun your search, so go forward intelligently and allow no man to confuse your mind with mysteries but reason your belief.

Have you read the Bilbe?
You may start with the New Testament. See what you think.
Try a simple prayer, ask God to help you to see if he's real.
Take a good look at the prophesy in the Bible and see if it is happening as it said it would.
It's definitely a better way to live, Jesus said to have love for each other, and to love God.
Good benefit package too!
Good luck and God Bless you.
I sincerely hope that you find your faith in God.

It's not a matter of arguing, either you believe or don't believe. You should believe, but you don't have to. In my opinion, I'd rather believe than get caught up not believing in God. I know from my own experience, that He's real, no one has to convince me or tell me otherwise.

I do not believe faith should be a blind leap
I think real saving faith is a leap toward the light
I recommend using some good material from

some good books on the subject would include
Evidense that Demands a verdict by MacDowel
The case for faith/christ/creaiton by Stroebel

Just because you have never seen God, doesnt mean that you should not believe in God. If you believe in God and if he has something good in store for you, you will feel glad that you had faith and believed in him. If he doesnt exist and you have faith in God, what have you to lose ?

Cause if u tried him and got 2 know Jesus as yur personal savior.
By seeking him diligently through the Word of God then u will not be a skeptic youll have your own true personal testimonies and everthing. Your emotions will be deep for his love.
But if u doubt him. And dont have faith how else will u know if u dont try him and get 2 know.
