do you go to church on sunday?(or atleast do you try to and feel bad when you are not able to go?)

do you pray?

do you read the bible everyday? (or atleast consult it instead of friends first when you have a problem)

are you a good friend of other true christians?

do you love christian songs?

do you have good relationship with your family?

is it easy for you to ask forgiveness? (or atleast just forgive?)

are you happy with your life (contented?)?

ARE YOU A TRUE CHRISTIAN?

God is good... men aren't. Good is biblically defined as "being of beneficial use to others". A christian life is supposed to be based on worship in truth and spirit which leads to blessing (God acting and speaking through you... and whatever personal benefits and/or problems resulting from it). This means you can be "percieved" as good when living an appropriate life. Close as it gets as far as I know.

It has someplace between little and nothing to do with your list.

well, i attend church weekly. i pray daily. i read the scriptures when i feel inspired to read them, i am not just a good friend to christians but everyone else too, i try to have good relationships with my family (no family is perfect), i have a hard time forgiving those closest to me who hurt me the most but i do, i am happy with my life.
ok, my turn to say a little something extra. doing all these things does not make you a good christain. there is more to it than that. besides, if Jesus were to follow you around 24/7 and at the end of the day be pleased with you, then you are a good christian. if you act that same way without Jesus physically there next to you 24/7, you are a good christian. a true christian is christ-like. A good christian struggles to improve on a daily basis to be more like Him.

There is no such creature a s a good Christian. A Christian is a sinner saved by the blood of Jesus by believing in Him.

God judge Christian based on the Finish work of Jesus NOT based on self effort work which in the bible God called them Dead Work.

do u tithe?

do you share your faith?

do you give to the poor?

We can do all of these good things and still not be a "true Christian". A true Christian is someone who accepts Christ as Lord and Savior. You're right though, everything you listed should be fruits of the spirit. FYI, I'm WIP.

Jesus teaches us that we are still to follow the 10 commandments. I don't think a one of us does this very well. He did say, "Why do you call Me Lord Lord and do not do the things that I say?" I do try to do the best I can. There is always room for improvement. Also the real Sabbath is on Saturday, not Sunday. The Catholic religion changed it to Sunday.(day of the sun) It's easier to understand if you read on your own. Without looking at your list, no. Not at all. I never claimed to be a 'good' Christian, just a believing Christian.

I dont need all that stuff you are talking about, Im saved by grace.

(GRACE= Gods Riches At Christs Expense)

The only thing I could do, is turning that offer down... doing all the stuff above then wouldnt make a difference.

I consider myself a Christian and only God decides if I'm a good one or not.

actually being a christian means accepting jesus christ as your lord and savior. Alot of people think that you also have to be some kind of saint ... thats not necessarily true

I consider myself a saved child of God. Being a "good christian" is human standard, not God standard..
