I wouldn't worry as much about the actual pounds as much as you would need to worry about your health. Do you feel good? What is your lean body mass? Some of the "ideal" weight charts don't take into account that some have heavier frames or are more muscular. I would always exercise (resistance training, endurance, speed, balance, power, etc) Eat clean, for now to make diet as simple as possible cut out the junk food as soon as you can and add lots of fruits and veggies, good proteins, and whole grains (especially oatmeal) plenty of water cut out as much sugar as possible.

Depending on how you are to measure ideal weight, yours would be around 175 pounds but a lot of factors come into play for this "ideal" weight.
If you're physically fit, your ideal weight can increase because the ratio of fat:muscle will be different than if you were non-physically fit.
there are guidelines but the interpretation can be somewhat subjective.
Skin fold measurements can give an indication of what body type you are.
Realistically, the diet and exercise plans you choose are going to determine the speed at which you can achieve this ideal weight.

I am going to be honest I weigh a good 165 usually. People are so shocked because I don't look it at all, they tell me I can't weight more than at least 120. But I have a great deal of muscle mass. So don't worry about those numbers too much ;)

Omg I'm 15, 5'7, and 157 too!!! I'm not sure what you look like, so I don't know how you carry your weight. I am not happy with my weight, but I am not overweight, so you are probably not either. If you do want to lose weight, I would suggest doing lots of cardio, ab exercises, and watching what you eat. Hopefully we can both lose weight!

Muscle mass burns up more calories, so include three 20-minute strength-training sessions every week.

Keep a tiny water glass, which you must refill often, instead of a substantial water bottle on your workplace.
