Actually it will help... at least in the Army Eagle Scouts will start off as an E-2 that may not be much (still a private in the Army) but you will get paid allot more than the fresh in eh Navy sailors in your basic training. Check a pay scale and see the difference. if you can't check out the pdf doc it is just over $200 dollars a month.
Oh yeah good luck squid

Congratulations. Remember you will be an Eagle Scout as long as you live, and do try to be a credit to the rank. My 30 year old son is an Eagle Scout, and he is in med school.
When he was a young Scout, we drove to Chicago to the Science and industry museum. The boy's had on their uniforms, and I was in leader's uniform. When we came out, there was a street homeless man walking by. When he saw me, he stood up straight, pulled in his stomach, put out his chest, and made a perfect Boy Scout salute. I responded in kind, and he grinned and walked away.
It was sad to think a former Boy Scout ended up in the street.

It sure wouldn't hurt to list it. The military likes to see achievement and roles of leadership. Like I said, it wouldn't hurt.
p.s. Do some research and see how many former U.S. Presidents were Eagle Scouts.

Yes. Your recruiter should be able to get you an extra pay grade for that: you can join as an E2 instead of an E1. It's just a little more money every month.

Yes, it will. In fact, when you meet your drill instructor/commanding officer for the first time during Basic Training, you will want to interrupt him and tell him of your accomplishments. He will be quite impressed and may promote you to an E-3!
