Ask the guy out before she does and pray she never finds out. jk. well, talk to ur friend. if u 2 aren't going to date the guy, there is no harm in liking the same guy. if it is a problem of who gets to date the guy, you could do the honorable thing and let ur friend have him, OR date the guy because ur friend never had dibs on him so he was up for whoever gets there first. if your friend is like ur best friend, don't let a guy get in the way. agree to just like him and nothing more for both u and ur friend. good luck!

Couple factors.
Are you guys close? If yes, then relationships aren't worth breaking a friendship over.
Have you had an affair with the guy already? If yes, then stop meeting him!
Are you just looking for a one-night stand or long term? If long term, then talk it over with your friend. If ONS.... then GTFO!!! (GET THE F*** OUT!)
Are you willing to let your friend take him? If yes, then do so and let her know! (There are probably a lot of guys out there in the world.... MILLIONS.... and some are probably as good as him, maybe better ;))

it depends. Is it a crush or is she madly in love with him or adore's him. Also is he your boyfriend or not.
If's it a crush and he's not your boyfriend then there's no problem.
But if it's the other way around then your friendship will be put up to the test. And ater u will really find out if she's your friend or not.
