be yourself around them. show them who you are and how much fun you can have being yourself. smile and look them in the eye when they are talking to you. treat them with the utmost respect and don't treat them like some slobs do in this world. have fun being yourself around some one you really like. girls like it when guys can smile, be themselves, and look at them in the eye a time or two. hope everything works out for you!!!!!!!

Be confident, outgoing and just yourself. Don't try to put on a front to get the girl, but don't be shy and hide under a rock either. Girls (well some) like guys who are confident. Your true personality and or looks will catch the eye of a girl or girls.

Compliment her on her beauty, but not too much.

Express yourself as much as you can without sounding overly emotional.
AND.....
Stay very well groomed and maybe get a cool hair cut or have cool looking facial hair of some sorts and look sexy. Whatever you can do to make yourself attractive to the eyes.
