Hang'em high. I was in Iraq and in the army for 20 years. If they were my guys they would be putting me in jail for shooting their stupid ***. A crime is a crime no matter where it happens. Give them to the families with our apologies.

The sentence should be the same as if they committed the crimes at home. Life in prison for murder, and 15-20 for rape.
