I still want a small waist. It seem like a my weight goes to my tummy and thighs and none to my booty. I just want a small waist and bigger booty, but not 2 big, not like Boffie the Body that's 2 big!!!!! lol

I have a ghetto booty LMAO..but the rest of my body is small..it just sticks out like crazy!..okay i think its because of the lunges and squats i do in my workout..Just keeping jumpin, squatting, and lunging. it SHOULD do the trick :)

As a personal trainer I would say concentrate on squatting type movements and core movements to keep the waist firm and strong. Try doing a search under glute training and this will give you a lot of exercise choices. It takes time and this will not be an over night thing. give it at least 6 weeks

I have one.lol The trick to keeping it is to work your legs. Do exercises to keep your legs in shape and the booty will form, if you never had one then do glut exercises to work your booty muscle and build muscle. It will be tight that way and shapely. Or get a personal trainer.

Most of the time it's hereditary. Some people say exercise. I'm all natural, and when I gain weight, or loose, it's there. J Lo had a reduction. My sister would say that if your butt is getting bigger, you are getting it from behind.

Go to military bootcamp - that's a sure fire way to get lean and mean in 8 short weeks! See, rigorous exercise will increase your muscle mass and decrease fat. So you will most likely keep the parts you like and lose many of those you don't.

I am no expert but I say exercise and tone the areas you're wanting to change and don't exercise your booty.
