Ask Her... Nicely. Express that you are interested with her and ask her if she wants to go out with you. If she says yes, take her somewhere that you guys will have a good time and enjoy a good laugh. Something like golfing, bowling, etc. Don't do anything boring or awkward for a first date like go sit in a movie theatre, unless she says that where she wants to go ( I doubt it.)

Ok, dont make it a big deal. Talk with her for 30 min and casualy tell her...... hey, come with me to Starbucks im dying for a mocha, youll be back in 20 min.
Remember that by saying .....lets get dinner on friday will create great expectations and a tense enviorment.

Try starting with "Hi". If you've just met the girl, get to know her a bit. Show some interest, have a talk or two with her, and when you feel ready, just ask.

Be romantic send her flowers, Ask her out if you feel comfortable enough at this point. Otherwise just make small talk with her to feel out where she is and if she is int rested in you, then just ask her out. Be sure to have something planned out prior to asking her out instead of getting her out and asking her what she would like to do. If you talk to her you should know exactly what she would like to do. Hope this helps you.

Pay her lots of attention and smile. A smile is always attractive. ;) Then after you get to know her a little ask her out. If she doesn't want to then she was never worth it to begin with. Don't listen to lollypopper's answer; she doesn't know what she is talking about.

First u gotta make sure u likes u!! LOL it's hard to MAKE someone like u if they don't already. I'm the kinda guy who likes to approach real slow....then WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT u say somethin, or do sumthin to show that u like her, then the rest flows along, lol....

smile to her and ask her to go to a movie or out for pizza or some activity- front on- ask.. no hints but then again do something to go out not just hang out at home and try to kiss and all that just yet
