Only exercise and a reduction of calories can help you loose weight. Omega 3 and dark chocolate are recommended for the heart not weight reduction.

Omega 3 can't help you lose weight and its its found in fish, fish is a lean meat, so its the fish that will help you lose weight. Omega 3 is great for the heart.

If they are part of a sensible overall eating plan that otherwise reduces your intake of natural and artificial sugar (remember there is sugar still in dark chocolate - just less than in milk chocolate). Almost every food converts to blood glucose through digestion, and glucose is the form of sugar our bodies use as fuel.

They are not magic, and will not cause automatic weight loss, despite whatever else you eat.

No but they are both good for ya. Make sure your fish oil is distilled with no mercury.
