I dated a very special woman for 3 1/2 yrs who killed our unborn child by abortion. Outside of that explicitly violent way to show me we had NO future together, there were a few moments I remember fondly. For our 2 year anniversary, I found a HUGE teddy bear (4 feet tall siting down) on the side of the road. I cleaned him up, brushed him out, and after spraying some of my cologne on him placed him in the middle of her living room. Between his legs, I positioned a vase with a dozen roses. And although it took me a few trips with the small car I had at the time, I filled her ceiling with balloons saying "I Love You!" My daughter - girls are always born first in my family - would have been 14 years old this August. My ex-girlfriend's name was Tosha Hoch in Georgia. Give her my best.

Awww, how sweet. I'm sure he already knows how much you love him. But trying to find new ways to express that is always a good thing.

My advice: If you want to express your deep dedication for your boy toy and your money is low, try making him something. A frame with a cute picture of you two, perhaps. Something inexpensive that he's always wanted and you have the means to get it for him. One of the sweetest things I've ever heard was a friend of mine who's boyfriend had set up a picnic on her bedroom floor with candles and rose pedals all over. He proposed to her there. I thought that was so romantic. You'd be surprised how something that seems cheesy can turn into something beautiful. Just go with your heart honey, he'll love whatever you get him!

Best Wishes!

Give him what u can afford, if he's ur friend as well as b/f he will understand, plus he shouldn't expect u to spend a lot of money on him anyway.

You said u love him very much? well if thats so and he feels the same then anything u give him will mean a lot to him because he loves u too.

Just don't over do it, I know a gift is important but it's not worth u going crazy over

All of the honest answers to this question are the good ones--make a scrap book, make dinner for the two of you ... For my first anniversary, I got us a hotel room and lit the room up with candles and gave him a bubble bath. Guys really like them (bubble baths) believe it or not!!!

Make something that comes from your heart, not from your crotch.

Grab a red piece of paper and cut out the shape of a heart. Then, grab another normal piece of paper and write a letter of what he really means to you. Include the following sentence, "And now, i give you my heart..." and then, present him with the red heart. It'll blow his mind. Of course, this only works if you guys are really in love.

cook him dinner, use candles, and write him a poem .... give him a red rose. Then just look him in the eyes and softly tell him you love him. Simple , but from the heart

4 years??? How about some information on weddings and getting a marriage license? That would let him know how much you really love him.

Prepare a great meal and go for a long walk together. Believe it or not, men love to receive flowers.

Think about something significant to remind him of what is special about the relationship you share together. "Thoughtful gifts," not expensive....are the best!
