the germs sre hitting your vaginal walls..it's not like oral sex because the saliva never hits inside of the vagina and your mouth and penis are two different body parts

WebMD might be able to answer your question better, but unless he had some type of fuild that could support a virus(blood) in is spit, I would think not. And on a personal note I've never caused an infection with spit. I would think that oral sex would generally have quite a bit of spit interaction so if that helps, think of it that way.

So, what happens to all the females that get oral done on them? Do they get a infection! I'm sorry your boyfriend dose not go down on you... If he did you would have figured out that spit dose nothing to you! Also you need to learn how to write!
