how do i talk to girl and countinue a conversation?

i need more skill on talking to girls. like good things to say and conversation starters. and how do i countinue a conversation because i seem to lose interest and get distracted by something else. then when i look back i regret it or sometimes i run out of things to say in the first 30 seconds plz help
