If she's talking to you now, there IS a chance that she DOES like you...but there's a chance, also, that she only likes you as a friend...but maybe her feelings are just temporary...she COULD like you as a friend NOW but maybe when you get older she'll find you more attractive and cuter than you were when you were younger (like now)...
(I didn't know MY boyfriend 'til the 7th grade...and he is now alot cuter than he used to be...that COULD be your case...not trying to sound rude or offensive)
