can't find pspx cd cover that contains two sets of numbers i need...?

i have a pspx cd, but lost the cd cover & there were 2 sets of numbers taped to it that i need in order to install. is there any way i can still install it?

No. The idea of the numbers is to keep people from copying the CD and giving copies to their friends.

If you have the reciept from buying the software, you might try the company you bought it from.
