He is sick. You need to put him in a hospital. I think that it might be a eating disorder. Hopes that this helps.

It seems like your son has put himself on an unsupervised juice fast.
Supervised fast for short periods of time can be extremely healthy and beneficial.
In your sons case however he does not seem to have the qualifications to do so on his own.
I suggest you get him to a physician or a qualified individual that can help him break his fast without harming his vital organs.
Cleansing, which is why the odur is occuring can be both good and bad.
If he is not consuming enough water to help the toxins that are being released into his blood stream they will end up in his vital organs, thus causing damage for example to his liver and kidneys.
He also has the risk of getting PKU which is one of the things women are tested for during pregnancy.
I am not trying to cause false alarm, as I am one who benefits greatly from cleansing on a regular basis. I do so however with years of research and medical support.
I encourage your son to do the same.
He should consult a doctor right away about breaking this fast.
There is a proceedure to this, breaking a fast by eating solid foods is not recommended.
Good Luck and blessing to you and your son

His body is starving to death! Most people today can't get all the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals they need from the normal diet, let alone a crazy diet your son is on. The stink is his body metabolizing itself. Looking for nutrition.

severe malnutrition occurs, and i'd imagine, severe diarrhea as well. the odor is ketosis. he needs medical attention before he starves himself to death. this has already gone beyond the point where he can simply start eating again.
at the risk of scaring you, your son is in some deep trouble here. get him help, now.
