Good question, I think you should also ask if somone has used it and what kind of success they've had.

Not only will you lose pounds with a cleanse.. but more importantly you will get rid of all the toxins in your system, which many times keeps us from losing weight..especially if we have parasites (many many times you have no idea you have them). One of the oldest colons cleansers is "the Master Cleanse" . Here is the website..and there is a thin booklet you can get in any HFS. Good Luck

Yes, cleaning your colon helps you to lose weight. That is because most people have 2-10kg of faecel wastes trapped in their colon at any one time.

This is because most of us are:
- slightly constipated (we eat 3 meals and only **** 1)
- our colon is 7.5times our height and has lots of pockets to store the extra foods that go along the way.

You can try HUNZA Fibre Plus to help you do a clean up of your colon. It is effective, have a pleasant taste and is very cost effecient.

I had a fren who was very fat and lost like 5kg in one month after taking HUNZA Fibre Plus. :P If you need more info, email me.

This girl told me I must make a lifetime commitment to never eat cheese and donuts, and hot dogs ever again... oh, and small cakes and stuff like that. That stuff clogs your rooter up

It won't help you lose weight..but..it will help you think clearer.
Much, Much clearer depending on how often you do it.

I wouldn't recommend using anything too abrasive......(such as Liquid Drano) Try using a garden hose and then you can adjust the water pressure accordingly to achieve maximum results.
Be careful,

Good luck.

The problem is not your colon.
Your problem is you are consuming too many calories.
Eat less food or burn more calories.
Eat more fiber from plants.
Your colon will thank you for it.
