Well, you can always get a second opinion from another doctor, but it is possible you have a mental disorder where you think you have medical illness. Some people always think they are physically ill when they are not. Also, anxiety and stress are bad for your immune system and your health generally.
You might want to consult a psychiatrist if you have seen 2 doctors and they have both ruled out physical illness.

I became very thin and pale once. The doctor finally sent me for an echocardiogram and they found that I had a mitral valve prolapse. I had just had a baby and was going through some hormone changes that seemed to make the condition a little more profound. I was told to never take birth control or get pregant, again. I also had to drop the caffeine and sugar. I was put on a beta-blocker for eight years. The condition itself causes anxiety because of the nature of the physiological affects the heart has on the body. I feel fine now, but I would get it checked as part of your physical. If your fine physically, I would have a few counseling sessions to see what you may be anxious about and learn how to deal with it. You may need some medication at first.

It may be possible that you're a hypocondriac. Someone who believes that they are sick and will begin to feel as though they are. Taking on symptoms of an illness they read about, hear about ect. Is almost sounds like a form of obsessive compulsive disorder. You need to see a psychiatrist. You could also be suffering from cronic fatigue. But really have the hypocondria possibility checked first.

sounds like panic and anxiety attracts, had the same thing and spent thousands with doctors and they could not find anything and didn't seem to care and then i research some things on my own and came up with that and I have never went back to the doc again, check sites on subject and then learn the sign of a attack and lean how to calm yourself and don't rely on a doc and meds

do you get all full of anxiety or scared for no reason? your heart going boom, boom, boom! there are other symptoms. that you might be missing to say here? does it last for a few minutes or few hours? do you drink alot of caffeine? whats your age? It so far sounds like anxiety attacks. I used to get those. one of my medicines used to cause those. ( seizure Medicines ) but for a while in the beginning 15 years ago. The anxiety feelings were the seizure itself. ( the arua ) feeling the scary feeling of the seizure. look up aura feelings ... Thats why I say theres more to it. It could be just anxiety, or the lite complex seizures. good luck...

I think you should volunteer at a worthy place like a shelter home for battered women. This would get your mind off yourself, and you would feel useful and needed. There is much medical evidence that you CAN worry yourself sick. So, if you're not sick now, you will be soon if you don't do something to change! Get your mind off yourself and help people who really need you!!
Much Love!!

Being anxious and depressed can make you look awful, thin, and pale, too.

have your doctor run tests on you , the basics are c-scan of upper and lower organs..upper scopes and lower scopes..blood tests ...you most likely have major anxiety/depression ...but to ease your mind ask your doc to have you checked throughly
