Yes, the most important meals are the breakfast and lunch. After many hours of sleep, you stomach is empty, so you need to eat something to fill it. And after many hours of work, you need lunch to replinish your energy. Dinner isn't as important because you will go to sleep soon afterward. If you eat too much in that meal, you will likely gain more weight.

Yes, it is.

Studies have shown that if you do not eat breakfast, you will slow down your metabolic rate and thus be more prone to weight gain.

However, eating the right breakfast is crucial. From 4am to 12noon in the morning is the time where your body does detox.

As our body uses the most amount of energy in the digestion of food, if you eat a very heavy breakfast, your body will thus not be able to detox properly as it will need to concentrate on digestion as well. In this way, you may also find it hard to lose weight and be healthier.

So I suggest tat you try eating fruits or drinking fruit juices for breakfast.. :)

If you can eat at least some in the morning before leaving for school or work, it's better for you. Sometimes we aren't hungry because we eat late at nite, snacking etc. If we cut that out, we will be hungry in the am. After all breakfast is break-the-fast. Your body has done without food all nite and is ready to eat in the am.

They say it is, but I never eat breakfast...and I'm fine! I've heard that the best way to stay healthy is to eat only when you're hungry, and not do the whole three meals a day thing, just eat when and what you feel the need!

YES. It is the most important meal of the day. It actually gets your body going, really, it helps bump up your metabolism. You should always have something even a breakfast shake or cereal bar with juice and milk. Something. Try it and see the difference in how you feel. Don't stuff yourself on pancakes and eggs and all of that just something nutritional and healthy.

Yes, it is. It slows your metabolism so your body tries to hold on to the fat it already has. They also indicate that you are less alert when you skip breakfast. If you don't like to eat in the morning, eat something small like a piece of toast or a piece of fruit.

Your body is like a machine it needs fuel to keep running. At night you are resting but you are also depleting your fuel reserves. In the morning when you are starting your day the body needs food for it to stay alert and functioning at a healthy level. Therefor a good breakfast is necessary for optimum performance.
