Even though it caught on fire, is there any way that you can board up the house to where she can't get in at all. Don't know how bad it burnt, I don't know if this would work or not. But I know that most people do try to board up a house if it is at all possible to keep people like that out. But I wouldn't go as far as saying that she is stupid, she is more like rude and inconsiderate.

If you can prove this all you might be able to charge or sue not only her but the cops as well, have they investigated at all, and even if they have you should ask a lawyer for a consultation, depending on where you are if you have a case the lawyer might do it for a percentage of the settlement.

Sorry to hear about your loss. You could always hire me, and I will come and take care of her for you. What a piss ant. I am sorry that the cops aren't helping, that is rough. I don't know why cops bother leaving the donut shop, they aren't worth much anyhow.

Report to the police about the theft and go over to her her house with the police to get back your stuff in the presence of the police. Warn her sternly infront of the police that you will not hesitate to call in the police again if she keep coming back to steal.

Get a lawyer and keep going to the cops. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. She is committing larceny by STEALING your stuff. If they are not doing their jobs, go to their boss.

File a complaint against her with the local magistrate and make sure you list the items she has taken and their value. If you know of any witnesses, submit that in the complaint as well. Hopefully after the investigation, your property will be found and returned to you.

Go up the chain of command. Keep asking to talk to their bosses until someone takes you serious. You are reporting a theft. Get the media involved. This gets their attention.

Sorry about your loss.
