Of course I don't believe that, it's just that people walk around saying the Creation story is a myth, simply because the Bible never mentions Dinosaurs. So do you think this is a good premise to say something is inaccurate?

Ugh, I forgot where it is...but this seems to be a reoccuring question. Job mentions a creature that many take as meaning a dinosaur of some sort. Others think it's a hippo or elephant, but there's a name for it...look it up in Job.
Also, Genesis talks about cavemen...when Lot and his daughters were running away from the destruction of Sodom, they asked the angel to allow them to run to the nearest town instead of the hills b/c they were afraid of the people who lived in the caves.

As for the sharks thing...we know that when the flood happened, it was only the land creatures that were loaded onto the ark, not sea creatures. So it's no surprise that such big creatures exist in the sea, even today.

But actually, there IS a place in the Old Testament that talks about such...when Jonah was swallowed by "a big fish".
Some people say it was a whale, some say it was a fish. The Hebrew actually calls it a "huge fish", or "a fish of great magnitude", but nobody knows what kind. Could it have been a whale? Sure, if nobody back then called them mammals. Could it have been a huge fish? Sure. How about a prehistoric (dinosaur) fish? I believe God will use anything He wants for His purpose.

No. It DOES NOT. The Bible is completely wrong, though. But it is NOT because of the shark thing. It is just that the entire thing is preposterous and doesn't really hold water when held to scientific reasoning and evidence. Though I won't say it is bad to live by it, in most cases (other than the Crusades, anti-gay stuff etc) it helps people to live good lives and gives them hope, but it is still incorrect in proposing that some alien guy is his son and the original guy and a holy spirit and did all this silly stuff and if we don't completely think that's true with no evidence, he will put us in Hell when we die. Good question!

Ok,… but how can you trust a book with 20 something authors? That many authors means some one is lying, somewhere too many cooks spoil the soup. Wait, I forgot, all of these people were prophets, right? Well don’t most people that claim to be prophets nowadays get put on happy pills? I could understand if God, himself, put it on the ground. You have to at least say they embellished the stories in that book. Isn’t being a good person enough anymore?

The Bible is just basically to the point and only mentions important stuff the Lord feels we need to know. There are lots of things not mentioned in the Bible that are factual, like sharks.
I mean, that's like saying the Bible is inaccurate because my son's not mentioned in it.

Man & dinosaurs walked the earth together. Lots of things aren't mentioned. Don't remember banannas or oranges in the bible. Maybe they didn't make it on the ark??? LOL God is in the process of taking peace from the earth so mankind will learn that only he can bring peace.

Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

I think that the bible was written after all the prehistoric stuff, and whoever wrte it or contributed could only say what they experianced. But personally I do not see the bible as a true source to all truths. Meditate and listen to your inner voice and yo will soon hear form the higher source

Not a lot of sharks in the Mediterranean so.... Consider where the "Bible" originated. Not a lot of kangaroos, moose, reindeer, koalas, etc., in it either.

Considering sea and land travel was rudimentary at best back in B.C., the Bible is not exactly a reliable source for zoological questions.

They say that jesus went fishing and gave his people fish. Why do you see the slogan that appears to be a fish on alot of peoples cars. It never said sharks in the bible but it did say fish. Isn`t a shark a fish?
