I lived in Florida for years without A/C. It sucked. This helped though. Get a dishpan sized container and fill it with cool water. When you sit down just stick your feet in it. Add a few ice cubes occasionally to keep it cooler than the room temp. Also a cool towel around your neck with a fan on. Don't forget to drink lots of water.God bless you, this is such a hot summer.

you can hang a wet towel behind a fan. not so it's getting caught in it or anything, just so the water gets evaporated into the air from the fan pulling it from the towel.
Or you can sit in front of a fan, and spray a water bottle at it so the mist hits your face.
I really hope you can cool off soon!

Run your fingers lightly over your abdomen...it should give you chill bumps if you just barely touch yourself. You can also wet a kitchen towel with cold water and wrap it around your neck. Repeat as it gets hot. Good Luck!

I found if I put my feet in cool water and add some ice it cools my body down so I can finish what I have to do.
