I know a Girl, but she I think she knows me very well. She noticed when I was working out. She just kept staring at me, and I saw that she was really pretty. And I just don't know what to say. And I recently found out she lives near me, so it makes it better. And she goes to take Guitar classes the same place where my sis goes, my sister told me. So if I get to know her I can see her not only at school, but In my Neighborhood. Any advice???

Well I'm actually in a situation like that sorta, at least the part where she lives near me, and she lkes stairing at me. Anyways, since you go to her school find her, and start talking to her. Say that you remember her from when you worked out, or whenever else you saw her - this should break the ice. Ask her "who, what, when, where, why, and how" questions, and try flirting with her by telling her shes wearing nice clothes or whatever. Try to focus most, if not all, the conversation on her - basically get to know her better. If she takes well to the complaments give her more, and flirt more.
You can tell she is intrested if she makes good eye contact, smiles offten, her eyes dialate (unless it's dark outside), plays with her hair often, trys touching you, reveals her palms to you, tucks her head into her shoulders coyly, lowers her brow and looks up at you, and matches your tone of voice. If that is the chase ask her for her phone number, and ask if she wants to do something. After about 3 dates ask her out. That's about it.

Just walk up to her and tell her "hi, saw u the other day at (quote the area where u stay), u leave around there?" From there you can start to intro yrslf, saying tt you notice how often she comes. If she REALLY likes you, she will carry on the conversation!

just go to your nearest library, get some books

learn to play the drums or something, then you can ask her if you can come over to her house and bang around with her.
