It's OK-he just has so much else to check out right now!! Please make sure you get him a scratching post of some sort so when he does start scratching he will not do it on your furniture.

It's completely NORMAL...it is just interested in playing right now. When it gets older it will start to sharpen it's claws...just have a scratching post for it...lol

Give him another month or two, and make sure he has something besides the sofa to sharpen them on.

that is totally NORMAL.. they will do that from birth to the day they die.. It is a very very natural thing... that is why I buy mine a clawing stand at PetSmart

my 3 month old doesn't and I'm WAY happy and my 5 year old doesn't much either as I keep all four paws clipped nicely.
