You already type better than most of the people on here, so you should probably focus on spoken English. Depending on where you're from, there might be English TV shows you could watch. You could also get together with other students to talk. That's not as much of a challenge as talking to native speakers, but it's better than nothing.

The best way to learn a language is the total immersion method where you read, speak and think in the in the language.

Watching English language TV will give you a good fundamental base, especially if it is subtitled in your native language, or a language that you are very familiar with. Reading English magazines, newspapers and books is even better, it will expose you to a wider range of the language. But, the most difficult way to use English is in a public speaking environment.

Toastmasters is a group devoted to just this kind of activity. It is designed to help improve people's speaking skills for their job, for public speakers, or for their own peace of mind. If you just attend a few meetings you will hear people speaking in English and improve your understanding of the spoken language. It will also address a very common fear of having to speak in public. You probably have a bit of this fear, not wanting to look like an idiot. That's why I think Toastmasters can really help you, because you will be with a like minded group of people that won't ridicule you for attempting. It is a safe environment to master the language.

The best way is to speak it everyday. Also, be exposed to it. I was from the Philippines and I didn't know how to speak English until I was exposed to it. My teacher would always say, 'speak English'. Now, since I've been exposed to it for months, I speak it like it was my own language.

speak it, use it, take a course in it(not necessarily an English course, it could be any subject you like) newspapers are generally written to match a grade six reading level, you will likely get more benefit from magazines like Discovery, Scientific American and so on. Good books, the classics, or modern literature, one must also make sure to maintain fluency in proper slang and relevant jargon. gud luk!

Not by going on Yahoo!Answers! Actually I have spoken to people who have become fluent in other languages and they said it helps incredibly to think in the language you are trying to learn. I'm not good at languages, but I hope this information helps you! Good luck!
