First of all, I hope you have had your dog to the vet since this happened. He might have to wear an eye patch or some kind of protective covering until he realizes that there is no eye there anymore and the eye socket starts to heal. Next, be sure that any other dogs he is around don't get "curious" and try to mess with his eye socket. As a matter of fact, don't let him mess with his own eye socket, or he could irritate his eye further. After he gets used to only having one eye, be sure to treat him like a normal dog and not like he is missing an eye. The worst thing in the world would be to single him out.
Best of luck to you and your dog!!!

Seriously get it to a vet immediately..especially if it was due to head trauma. If they eye is completely out it will dry up and be useless. Get the dog to a vet NOW. I had a cat with that problem and it had to be removed because of damage.

Is this a serious question? I'm laughing like hell right now, but if it is a serious question, well then I really do feel terrible.
