Am i an athiest? This question has been driving me crazy for ever and i really wanna know what you guys think. I Believe in the theroy of evolution and i believe in the theroy that comets that hit earth spread life on earth. To me this really seems like a "non-believer". So what do you think?
P.S.- I do believe in an after life in heaven or hell.

Properly stated, you are an Agnostic. An atheist's emphasis is quite different than an Agnostic's. To the Atheist, the one fact that is certain is that the universe in general and life on earth in particular are NOT the work of God.
An Agnostic would simply state what you have stated. You say that you believe in the theory of evolution, and that life is somehow the result of comets impacting earth. But what you did not say is that you have ruled God out completely. And you do believe in an afterlife, something that few if any Atheists allow for. Many evolutionary thinkers will allow for God to be involved in creation, and some even claim to be Christian. So, until the time when you state that whatever happened at creation, it could not involve God, because you do not believe in Him, you are an Agnostic.
By the way, Agnostic is from Greek, meaning "to not know" meaning that you have not decided whether you think God exists or not.

I'd carry on thinking about it. You need to answer a few more questions. The most important is, Do you believe in God? Do you believe that things like evolution etc are the methods of an intelligent creator?

As it stands, you are not an atheist if you believe there is a heaven or a hell. As some of those above have said, to be an atheist you need to be quite certain that there is no god and nowhere to go to after you die. It is not merely about believing in evolution, plenty of religious people believe that life developed by the processes of evolution. If you aren't sure about God or heaven, then you are probably an agnostic.

I think you have been listening to too many people discuss opinions, and are limiting your options. What you are talking about is not what you believe, but rather, what you think. To be an atheist or a believer one must study the issues and come to a firm conclusion, based on something other than just what occurs to you from one minute to the next. Both believers and atheists have good reasons for what they believe, not doubts. Saying that you are not sure what you believe is more honest...and more healthy...then standing up for something you're not sure of. Relax. It will come.
Addendum: Believing in evolution does not disqualify you from being a Christian...but neither does believing in God make you one.

If you are an athiest, you would believe there is no God and no afterlife.

If you were agnostic, you would believe in the possibility of God and and afterlife, but you wouldn't do anything about it.

If you are a believer in Christ, you would believe Jesus was the son of God who died on the cross for your sins.

So, I would have to ask you a question... if you believe in heaven/hell.... who is in charge and you determines if you go there?

Atheism has nothing to do with whether you think life began through evolution or not.

It has to do with whether you think there is a God, or a supreme being, or the like.

Not necessarily, I am a Catholic and the Catholic Church has no problem with evolution. There are probably other Christian churches that see it this way as well.
