These lil bumps have just appeared on my arms a few weeks ago. They itch, become white and have a red dot in the center. I thought it could be related to chickenpox, but I had the vaccine awhile ago, plus I'm not sick. Any ideas?

Itchy? dots that suddenly appear? discolored in center? jagged edges, sounds like skin cancer get checked right away, it's killing many every year.

Could be anything from heat rash to anything and chicken pox even if vacinated you can still can get it... go to dr if it doesnt go away try putting benadryl creme on the rash and see if that makes it go away.

Sounds like chiggers to me. There are over the counter remedies available. You could try that and see if it works.
