Well yes. And also immoral and illegal. There is no reason to ever do this. It doesn't matter what another person does to you, two wrongs never make a right and you should never retaliate by taking justice into your own hands. I strongly believe in Justice, but in the civil society in which we human now live, justice is up to 12 jurors in a fair and speedy trial. Call the police if you need to. Justice will be served through the courts. It is wrong to try to enact justice yourself. Society cannot allow for that behavior.

I just finished researching Ann Landers book on 'Human body etiquette,' concerning this subject. Ann specifically states on page 504 of chapter 17 that: "In the event of an ex-wife feeling the unbridled urge to decapitate (head) ex-husband's penis, that urge should be suppressed as much as is humanly possible. In the event that the deed is done, ex-wife should never, ever, refer to said portion of anatomy as a wee-wee."

In your particular case Darlin', not only would it be justified but I think it should have been mandated in the Divorce Decree! Heck I'd even hold it steady for you (if we could find a microscope powerful enough and tweezers small enough to find the little prick)!

Since he is your EX husband, not only would it be considered bad manners, it would be considered a felony, and could result in some serious prison time.
Do you think it would be worth spending, say....the rest of your life in prison?

Where I come from, it's quite traditional for women to do this to their husbands when they strongly suspect infidelity.
But an ex-husband? How can you get that close?

Not as long as you hold your little pinkie up whilst you do it, and say ' thank you' after.
