there is no easy way, take it from past experience. I was head over heals with a girl for as far back as i could remember and being a teenager made it even more difficult, judging by the way you have presented this question you had the privilege of dating the girl you loved, i never. But to get round the heartbreak of this girl i fell in love with i did many things which never worked. My mates would say "there's plenty more fish in the sea" which never makes you feel any better and dating more girls only makes the pain last even longer. I guess the only answer i can give you mate is TIME, time is the only thing that will heal a broken heart,

i dont think there is a best way it just takes time for the pain to go away course using some of the methods suggested helps going out with friends etc from reading your question you dont sound ready for or want a new girlfriend yet and it wouldnt be fair on someone anyway while you still have the feelings you have its hard cos you always find yourself in moments alone thinking about your lost love but it will ease in time

I think there is really no easyway out of this one.I think you need to do soomething that makes you feel good like go to the gym.Just think you are one step closer to finding the one your are ment to be with.I am going threw the samething and it is very painful.Life is not over and if you really love her and she loved you just give her time but dont give up on it so soon

Try working out. if you have a job get a 2 another one .Don't jump in to another relationship right away .cause you and her may get back together. Wait for at least a mouth or so.

the best way to get over someone .. is to get under someone else!!! sori.. i know you are probably hurting (and i'm sad for that).. but just try & have some fun and hopefully your hurt will get lesser and lesser by day.. time's a great healer x

it takes time.when my ex and i broke up i was crazy in love with him for months after.i was willing to forgive him for all the stupid he did to hurt me.i tried getting back with him but he only wanted me for his pleasure even though he had his girlfriend.i met someone new and i was still in love with him but then i realized it wasn't worth the heartbreak so i finally got over him.he calls me now and then to try to make me have sex with him but i just ignore his calls.
i love my new boyfriend to much. so take it easy.find some old friends to hang out with and make some new ones.you'll find someone.
